泡溫泉環境及視野很好。 餐點以當地當季食材，簡單又充足。 飯店位在半山腰，有更好的視野鳥瞰白馬村。 有shuttle bus到Happo gondola 和火車站

如果有shuttle bus的時程，可主動提供給住客參考。因為飯店位在半山腰，途步上坡比較辛苦。

飯店位置很棒，餐廳和房間面山景緻優美，鄰近飯店的稻田和溪流是傍晚散步的好去處。大廳桌上用當地花草插瓶及飯店各個角落的滿佈白馬山岳照片、畫作和雕飾品令人印象深刻。員工服務態度和專業極佳，非常感謝他們耐心聆聽我的提問及協助交通行程安排。看著晨霧散去的白馬山岳吃早餐真是最難忘的回憶！衷心謝謝白馬高地酒店幫助我的員工們，讓獨旅且第一次到白馬的我有很棒的體驗，一定會再造訪！

鍵が老朽化により開けにくい

The view and breakfast

Too far away from the main road, impossible to walk around without a car (mainly because of the heavy snow) and staff doesn’t speak English well so it’s hard to communicate. Me and my family were stuck for 2 hours in Hakuba Station without any help and assistance from the staff to get to the hotel. They say in the messages to get in contact by phone as soon as you get into the station but it didn’t work at all. In the end, we had to take a taxi to get to the hotel and move around but it’s not that simple because there’s not so many in the village and they’re always busy.
