Biarritz Hotel

A gem

Nothing

Friendly staff. Clean and nice room.

Could change the food. It was same everyday. The Specials Board needs to be in a more prominent position.

Location and view was very good

Shower was too small, no fridge or safety deposit box and beds were not very comfortable

The new feature of this hotel, are the stunning views of the beach. You just cannot beat it.

In the evening the bar staff are also the waiting on staff. I chosen not to eat the hotel each night due to having plans, so when I attended the bar I would often find myself waiting for 10/15 minutes before a staff member would even see me, and usually that was because I would have to walk off and find a staff member in the restaurant which doesn’t over look the bar area. There is no way a member of staff can see you waiting at the bar. They need a bell or to actually check the bar every minute or so to prevent this happening. On speaking to other residents, they had the same issue.
