Liberty Wharf Apartments

A first-come first-served selection of scones and croissants was available but always gone when we got there.. coffee and tea machine in reception, 24/7 i think, was excellent. The proximity of the island's excellent bus station and service was literally in same building (below the apartments) .. 10 out of 10 for location .. Central St Helier location meant easy access to shops, cafes, restaurants, museums takeaways, were all walkable .. Liberation Square 2 mins .. and Le Petit Train to St Aubin was fun .. kitchen facilities very good, temperature control and quietness excellent

Didn't get two adjoining apartments for wife and I in one and daughter and infant in the other .. booked and requested months in advance so reception staff passing off the reason as 'availability' sounded like a very unrealistic but polite, well- trained fob-off. We were told no door stops provided for quick closing internal firedoors .. not convincing when they were in one of our apartment and in use under the reception office doors .. another well-trained, smiling apology but clearly a fob-off .. no instructions for the room safe in one of the apartments caused me to accidentally lock it .. my fault, but I would not have done it if the instructions had been there .. TVs could helpfully be smart enabled for WiFi casting but in each apartment the set-ups were differently programmed and in the end we gave up

Location was excellent. Next to bus stop. Staff were friendly and helpful

Nothing

Excellent location, view from balcony was good and very quiet. No trouble sleeping and comfy bed . Well taken care off by staff when needed 😃👍

As above

Location very good. Staff helpful

The apartment is beginning to look tired. We had to have the sofa replaced as it was badly damaged.
