Goble Palms Guest Lodge & Urban Retreat

I really enjoyed my stay. Everything was wonderful, from the comfortable room and cleanliness to the peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious, and the pool area was lovely and relaxing. The service was also excellent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience, and I would definitely recommend the place.

I will book a bigger room next time, especially if I stay longer than 1 night. The tv set up does need modernising though

The lodge itself is really beautiful and the atmosphere was really great. The staff was also friendly. We had a good time as a family and our room was always cleaned well everyday.

We enjoyed our five-night stay, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The breakfast options became quite repetitive after a few days. The choices were mainly yoghurt and muesli, with eggs prepared in different ways (scrambled, poached, boiled or omelette). While the breakfast was adequate, after staying for five days I found the limited variety quite boring. A wider selection or a buffet-style breakfast would have made the experience more enjoyable. Our room was also carpeted, and on the first day the carpet had a noticeable musty, damp smell. The staff was really kind enough to remove the smelly rug though.
