Easy location for access to old and new downtown. Parking for our campervan

Lovely property and room in a good location. The best thing is the friendly and helpful staff.

What a cute boutique hotel. It has a great history, which we love. The building has been lovingly restored, and each room has a theme. Our room theme was Poet, so we had poetry on the wall, typewriter, etc. Very fun. Beds were comfortable, lots of hot water for the shower. The darkening shades worked perfectly, easy to sleep in. The breakfast was tasty, lots of good options to start your day. There is no elevator so the staff kindly helps people with their bags. The neighborhood was lively in the evening when we arrived, but in the mornings its super quiet and easy to walk around. It is very residential so not too much commercial immediately by the hotel. We would have gladly stayed more nights, but were just transiting through this time.

Toilet was a little finicky to stop the flush, it runs a long time. Otherwise we felt everything was in great shape and was restored very well.

Such a fabulous place to stay in Santiago - location, comfort, history, but most of all the most incredible staff. Lautaro, Claudio and Carolina in particular were outstanding. Lautaro always made us feel wonderfully welcome and was never too busy to talk to us, providing useful advice and information. In terms of hospitality, this hotel has mastered the art. We booked the suite which was absolutely wonderful, the bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. Fabulous shower, also!
