Lagos City Center Guest House & Hostel

Close to everything but away from the loudest of the partying

The 4 bedroom room is right next to a very small smoking patio and smoke wafts in. Plus the bunkbeds are really noisy. The 6 bedroom dorm looked to have had better bunk beds

Lokalizacja bardzo przystępna oraz obsługa bardzo pomocna i miła!

Było bardzo gorąco, a w pokoju brakowało klimatyzacji co utrudniało wypoczynek w nocy.

Good room but needs a small ventilation too. Beds are firm as they are made of wood.

Individual curtains could be an improvement l though in the beds. Washrooms can be upgraded a bit.

The location was walking distance to and only 10 - 15 minutes walk to Lagos bus terminal and Lagos marina. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had an early tour in the morning so I had to check out early so they stored my luggaged the night before and I able to pick it up when I my bus arrived. The room and bathroom was clean however, the bathroom sink took awhile for the water to drain and there was some red stained on the bed cover.

The door and the lock made a lot of noise upon unlock and opening of the door. When other people opened their doors at night it was quite disruptive and loud. The walls were not sound proof. The family next door had a baby and it cried for awhile at 4am. One parent was quite noisy in the kitchen and broke a glass or something which made alot of clanging sounds with the sweeping motions. It disrupted my sleep considered I had to get up early for my tour. There was no kettle in the kitchen. I had to boil my water using a saucepan. There was no lift and the staircase was narrowed. Luckily, I was on first floor and medium suitcase..it was still a bit hard going up with the narrow steps.
