Loved the friendliness of the staff and indoor connection to the swimming pools. Those things really improved our stay with one year old child. Also, everything was clean and tidy, no complains there.
We were not delighted with the quality of the food at the dinner. It's not bad, but for the price it's not quite good either.
Since hotel is connected to the swimming pools and it has 4 stars, it would be nice to have bathrobes or at least towels to use there.

Smaller kids (like not teens) will enjoy the facilities the most, but there is also enough relax zone for the rest of us as well. Staff are pleasant and very kind. Location is great.
Food in the restaurant is getting worse - in variety and quality. We have been here already so we can compare. Also, we have friends who are going here for years, and they shared the same opinion.

The spa center is fantastic. Large, clean and offers a variety of water-based entertainment for all ages. The meals were well prepared and tasty with good variety.
The rooms are a bit run down and generally do not match-up to the high price of the accommodation. There was no where to have a glass of water during dinner or inside the spa center without buying a bottle at the price of 3.5 eur.
