Hotel staff was AMAZING. We booked last-minute and loved it so much here that we asked to stay a second night. It was a VERY busy week with low availability but they managed to get us not just a room but the same room so we didn't have to move all our things, and they were so friendly and helpful the whole time.

Great decor and the bonus of having that yum bagel bakery on site was really welcome. Location was also great!
Some staff can be a little rude, like the coffee person at the bar area, who spitefully told me I had to pay for extra milk, as the coffee was so strong - not cool.
We were pretty annoyed that at check-in we were not told our room was a Disability Room. This is usual hotel practice for the staff to advise this at reception if you didn't book a disabled style room.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff was friendly, helpful, and available when needed.
The cages for luggage storage were greatly appreciated.
The lighting in our room was not good on one side of the room.

Location is perfect!
Rooms are cosy and well-decorated, and you're provided with lux towels, dressing gowns, iron & ironing board, and hair dryer.
Security is on point!
Staff are really helpful.
The bagel shop on the ground floor sells the most delicious bagels (try the salmon)!
The outdoor area has a heated conservatory that's great for sitting alone/ with company, reading/ having a drink.
I would prefer if the shop, bar, and restaurant weren't so open to the public, but this fact did not spoil my time spent in the hotel.
