The hotel is beautifully decorated and clean and in a convenient location very close to Charles Bridge. The breakfast was good and the staff very nice.
The room was a bit small and there were very few sockets for charging phones

Great location. Close to Charles Bridge and many restaurants. Beautiful rooms. We were booked to stay on the top floor, but because I had fallen off a step in Greece and had difficulty with stairs, they were very accommodating to move us to a more accessible room with an elevator. Breakfast was substantial and varied. Definitely recommend

Excellent location, lovely staff and very pleasant surroundings. A very enjoyable breakfast. The staff were happy to accommodate us leaving our luggage in Reception securely on our last day.
We did report the fact that the safe in the room did not work and needed new batteries. We reported it twice but nothing was done so we had to carry passports and cash with us

The breakfast options were plentiful and sufficient.
The room's heating was inadequate, and it was easy to catch a cold and get sick. They couldn't come up with a solution.
