Elysee Hyde Park

I liked the convivences of the location the room was smaller than I thought it would be. But the staff was helpful and it was a good value for the layover for the night.

Seemed a little small and the furniture seemed cheap

This was our second stay at Elysee Hyde Park, and once again, we had a wonderful experience. We chose to return because we loved our first stay, and we were so happy we did! The manager recognised us from our previous visit and even remembered the review we had left. He kindly gave us a complimentary upgrade and, to our surprise, even let us choose our room from two available options. I had never experienced this before and genuinely felt so valued as a guest. We were travelling with our four-month-old baby, and the upgraded room was perfect for us — very spacious, with plenty of room for our pram, luggage and to move around comfortably. The lift and air conditioning were also very convenient. The manager also kindly gave us complimentary breakfast. The buffet breakfast is normally only £10, which is already great value for London. As we were travelling with a baby, we spent quite a lot of time at the hotel, so having such a comfortable and spacious room made a huge difference. For the price, we honestly couldn't have asked for more. Thank you so much to the manager and the whole team for making us feel so welcome once again. We will definitely stay here again! ❤️ And apologies for the late review — life with a four-month-old has kept us very busy! But I really didn't want to miss the chance to share how much we appreciated our stay. ❤️

Exceptional service at the hotel from start to finish, great quality bedding and a spotless room. A perfect stay in a great location. Huge thanks to Dillip, Gavin, Aman, Shila and Santi, they were amazing.
