Prince William Hotel

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean, and the location was unbeatable. Being so close to both paddington station and hyde park was spectacular.

the rooms are small. I think in terms of london, they're pretty average, but it was still a bit of a tight squeeze!

Very good location, easy to find, nice room, comfortable bed

No aircon in the room, it was over 30C when I arrived. The window opens only for 10 cm gap, so did not help to bring the temperature down

Clean and very easy stay for one night! Slept brilliantly and it’s right next to Paddington for easy commutes.

The hotel is very very warm but I was one of the lucky rooms which had aircon!

Hotel location is very good

Room and bathroom were so tiny and the elevator wasn't working when we arrived and they said that it will work next day but it didn't work until we check out after 5 days and we need them to compensate us just to check out at 1pm not 11am without fees and they refused, and there is a lot of hotels without elevators better than this hotel but I booked this one because of the elevator, if I will go there again for sure won't stay at this hotel
