The staff made us feel like royalty. Everything was clean and we were helped every step of the way from booking taxis to laundry services. Would not start anywhere else on the island

Samui Paradise has the lovely warmth of a traditional Thai property. The beach is simply beautiful! Breakfast was excellent. The staff were lovely and helpful.
The room seemed smaller than in the photos. Lack of privacy on the balcony. TV was basic with no streaming services. Location was a little too far from main Chaweng beach restaurants and bars, and felt isolated of an evening. The pool was much smaller than the photos. I paid over $AUD 300/night for 6 nights, which I thought was too expensive for what was offered, and surrounding properties offered rates much cheaper during the time of my stay
