Location was good and close to RPA. Room was quiet despite being on a busy road. The bed was very comfortable.
I went to make myself a coffee in the room, and the long life milks (which were sitting on the bench and not in the fridge) were so old that the first one that I opened and tipped into my coffee was like a solid jelly mass. I tipped this coffee out and started again, but the next milk ( which was at least liquid) didn't completely dissolve into the coffee.

Comfy room, well located and very helpful staff. I needed to get my car out of the car park early so I could get to work on time and they came in early to help me
Traffic noise was a bit loud but I live in the country so that’s expected

Room was clean had all we needed for 1 night stay.
The bed was way too soft and saggy. My husband and I sank in as soon as we laid down. Neither of us slept well unfortunately.
