Super Hotel Osaka Natural Hot Springs

I stayed for three nights while attending a conference at the Osaka International Convention Center. Both the room and bathroom were very clean, and the public bath was also excellent. I really enjoyed the complimentary drinks. Check-in was done using a machine, but when I looked a little confused, a friendly staff member with a lovely smile quickly came over and helped me. Fresh towels and bottled water were provided every day, and pajamas were also available to borrow free of charge.

I really enjoyed the onsen and appreciated the complimentary samples of hygiene and beauty products. It was especially nice to be able to try different products, including free face masks. It was a lovely and thoughtful touch that made the stay even more enjoyable.

We were disappointed with the complimentary drinks service. On some days, the some alcoholic drinks (like vine) had already run out by around 7 p.m., which was quite inconvenient. The selection of alcoholic beverages was also rather limited. In addition, the staff member overseeing the drinks area sometimes came across as rather unfriendly, which made the experience less pleasant.

Some front desk receptionist is exceptionally helpful
