Location, staff, amenities and room are all excellent.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. The all day extras free of charge (at different times slots) were absolutely amazing and very generous of the hotel. 6-7 am free specialty coffee and smoothies, 15-20 free confectionery, juices 17-19 free happy hour including free red, white wine, champagne, 2 types of cocktails and snacks 20-22 rice and soup Also have several washing machines and dryer on the 18th floor, 3kg load for ¥700, washing detergents included

Nothing, everything was above expectations

The hotel is conveniently situated just a 10-minute walk from Umeda station, with plenty of shops in the vicinity. The room is well-suited for two guests, and the public bath is relatively spacious, featuring a sauna room. The staff is professional and highly accommodating when you have questions.

While it's not the hotel's fault , some guests can be quite rude, particularly those from a specific nationality. They tend to look down on me and behave disrespectfully when they notice me. I chose to ignore them, which helped me not to let it bother me. Therefore, if you're a black person, I'd recommend being cautious of the hotel guests.

Breakfast was excellent, good variety, staff brought dishes quickly when empty. Owen was a pleasant surprise, clean and comfortable.

No beer at happy hour.
