Excellent hotel with amazing staff and dining.
A bit of a musty/old smell to the rooms/hotel.

1 The Ritz-Carlton Osaka delivered a fantastic stay, with the room quality and staff service standing out as the highlights.
2- Rooms: Spacious, elegant, and meticulously appointed — the kind of comfort that makes you want to extend your stay.
3- Staff: Consistently warm, attentive, and professional — service that truly lives up to the Ritz-Carlton name.
4- Location: Extremely central, making it easy to access Osaka's key attractions, dining, and shopping without hassle.
5- Overall: A polished, high-quality stay that I'd happily recommend to anyone visiting Osaka
1- the breakfast quality could have been better considering this is the ritz (not bad but could have been better)

Bathroom had no standalone shower but shower over the tub. Also very cramped access to bathroom. No option to change laundry/sheets every day
