- 15mins walking distance to Osaka station
- we could even check in a little bit earlier which was convenient coming back from an overnight tour
- breakfast with continental options (more than in other hotels on our trip)
- room was quite spacious
- some items at breakfast weren’t refilled and hour before breakfast ended (bird could have probably asked for it, no big issue)

The hotel and room was great! Beautiful and very clean.
Probably the most comfortable pillow I have ever slept on. Nice shower and toilet.
The staff was super nice and accommodating!
The free coffee downstairs was a bit of hassle to get at times.
The food in the bar and breakfast was good but very expensive, especially compared to outside establishments. We tried it once and not again.
It would be nice to have a card to decline daily towel switches to minimize environmental impact.

Fantastic location. Fantastic amenities. Spacious room. Well priced. Trully a great booking.
The laundry booking system was a bit inconvenient. They need more slots to allow for guests to do laundry at more reasonable hours. But honestly not even a real issue.

Rooms were clean.
2 washing machines for the entire building.. couldn’t even wash my clothes for 24 hours and told to visit a local laundromat.. (not impressed)
