Great location, nice and clean rooms with character, nice art in the main area as well as the rooms, great breakfast in the patio, friendly staff. Would definitely recommend 👌🏼

Liked the excellent staff a lot. Location would have been rated great (100 meters off of lovely and central Piazza Artemide) but had to walk through a garbage strewn street to get to hotel courtyard location (the restaurant next store also keeps their garbage cans next to hotel stairs but fenced off). Maybe bad timing of season but we ran into lots of flies to get through before reaching the super clean hotel itself. So this is not the owner’s fault, but outside approach to hotel was a problem. The staff tried impressively hard to be helpful, and our room and bathroom were just fine.
See answer above - while hotel was super clean, surrounding environment was garbage and fly filled.
Breakfast was ok but not what it used to be when we last stayed 6-7 yrs ago, despite lovely caretaker trying very hard to satisfy breakfast preferences.
