The location is stunning
The staff are friendly and welcoming
The food is good
The rooms are delightful and comfortable
There was no water or milk in the fridge in the room.
The bath tub was dirty
The staff were not dressed smartly
Breakfast was not great - the porridge and scrambled egg were clearly not freshly made. Coffee not drinkable

Lovely location on the Mawddach Estuary with stunning views. Nice, big, very clean, well-equipped room. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choices. Staff were very friendly throughout the stay. The restaurant has amazing views of the estuary.
Restaurant food was well cooked and good value, but the menu options were a little uninspiring, considering the overall price paid. This is a minor quibble though.

Great location with a fantastic view from our room. Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent food. will definately stay again

Location was amazing , staff were fantastic and very helpful - Dan and breakfast staff were very attentive and pleasant as were the evening staff
The location is beautiful and we loved our visit
Very disappointed with the breakfasts , poor quality and over cooked , not locally sourced as we had expected from a rural location surrounded by farms
Evening meal to all of our party was served cold but manager was very apologetic and reduced our bill accordingly
Robinsons is a big company and should source good quality local produce for all their local hotels in the area - room rates are high and we expected a better standard of cuisine
