Renaissance Tel Aviv Hotel

Everything was wonderful. Staff was excellent, perfect location, beautiful dining room, lovely pool.

I can’t think of anything.

BREAKFAST - WAS AN EXCEPTIONAL PARTY!!!! The hosts, especially people who oversee the hospitality of the breakfast were superb!!!! Dinners can be purchased, even though the hotel does not have a specific menu for that, are also lovely. The hosts of the hotel, such as Daniel at reception, are incredible people. The individuals who work here are unusually responsive to guest needs - such as possessing an awareness of and anticipation of help which may be useful to their guests.

There is nothing that I can think of.

Location Breakfast Fast, reliable WiFi Everything was good but overshadowed by the billing issues. Pavel was very professional on checking out. A taxi was quickly arranged at a fair price.

On arrival, I was told that I was booked in for only one night. The amount stated was different to that given on my booking.com app. I showed the information on the app. They entered a higher amount than the booking to cover extra charges. I booked at a cost of $720. This is equivalent to £567.50. The amount pending in my bank account is £688.76. This is 21% extra which cannot be explained by fluctuating exchange rates between two relatively stable currencies.
