breakfast is good, pool & beach location also nice and very near, the view is good.
except from our room, one of the view is quiet gloomy because of the building next to us is not in use

The hotel is very clean, and the beds were super comfortable. The rooms have a nice balcony. The staff was very nice. The hotel is in front of the beach with direct acces
The pool didn’t seem super clean, maybe because of the people’s clothes. Breakfast was not excellent. Also good to mention (not the hotel’s fault for sure), there are jellyfish around the whole island so you cannot really avoid it. This Bath Ferringhi beach is very famous but the sea seems dirty, so because of these 2 reasons you don’t really go into the water (and you really don’t see anyone swimming there).

The pool and garden are nice. The rooms are huge and clean.
The hotel is tired and in fact is closing soon for an extended refurb. The pool sunken bar is closed. The bed was rock hard.

This review is particularly for the hotel location rather than the property. As a beach resort, you wish to go and njoy the beach, but sorry thats not possible here. The beach is full of sewage water. Multiple drains dump sewage right into this beach making the water black.
Although the resort has a great garden area a great pool but such a shame that the beach is so dirty.
