I only book this hotel for the gem penthouse in room sauna and spa I don't care for anything else about this hotel. They are horrible at service.
900 a night for the gem penthouse, these people made us go looking for parking which almost ruined our entire stay. For that price per night you would assume onsite parking. I can't stand the staff at the reception with their nonchalant attitude. To be honest I only use this hotel for thier in room spa and sauna. They need to upgrade the gem penthouse charging plugs etc.
