The facilities offer varied options,for a self paced treatment and relaxation schedule. All staff were friendly.

The staff member in the breakfast room moved around the breakfast room with a large trolley clearing tables, scraping plates into a container on the trolley, leaving the trolley unattended for some periods of time, she should much rather clear the tables, leave plates etc on the trolley and move it back to the kitchen area, without scraping plates in the breakfast room, making unnecessary noise. The receptionist could have offered more information, more specific instead of just pointing into different directions, a short guided tour could have been helpful as the facility is so large and spread out. As it was my first visit, a guided conversation about using the baths and saunas, kneipp path would have helped in optimising the use of the hydro baths. The spa assistance kindly took me around to show me where the facilities was and how to find my way from indoor pools to outdoor pools, this little tour should include an explanation of how to use the baths/saunas to optimise treatments. I did not ask, I should have. A printed guide in the rooms or with the bathrobe kit can even be useful.

had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly. Overall, I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant experience

The breakfast was average. There was a reasonable selection, but I feel adding a few more items and offering more variety would make the breakfast experience much better

It's a stunning place spacious and surrounded by natural beauty way up in the hills of Tuscany!

It's very much a remote location and it seems like a bit of a ghost town! Hardly any staff. I dont know if it was just a low season, but it literally felt like no one was there. The Service is so minimal that it's practically like booking a huge gorgeous air b&b! No staffing hardly. No service apart from the cleaners in the morning and breakfast staff. If your lucky you may get some attention at lunch time around the pool area restaurant but don't expect much. No room service no spa staff, unmanned reception a lot of the time.
