Holiday Inn Leamington Spa - Warwick by IHG

Quick check in process, good location and friendly staff. Nice room and good amenities. Was a little small though. When I had booked I requested a sofa bed and cot for our two children, when we got into the room nothing was set up. I spoke to reception and they sorted it out for us very quickly. Though they realised that the size of the room couldn't have the sofa bed extended and the travel cot at the same time so they gave us bedding so my child could sleep on the sofa so we could have the cot still. It all worked out in the end.

Family room was small but was sorted out and accommodated us all comfortably after working it out with the staff.

Very clean. Good location and price

Excellent pizza, great breakfast. Highlight was staff attitude. They couldn’t have done more.

Curtain was slightly off the hook. I’m nit picking!

Cosy area at the hotel entrance with friendly staff that was attentive.

The corridors and bedroom carpets were dirty, smelly and need serious cleaning or to be replaced/removed entirely. Couch in my room was stained and not presentable.
