No breakfast at this property but eating out was plentiful in the vicinity. Room was comfortable. Close to amenities like the town centre and train station. Host was very friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area and history of Warwick. Roadside free parking available. Walking distance to Warwick Castle and the town centre was approximately 10mins. Reasonable room cost and would stay again.
Room could have been a bit cleaner.

This was a great hotel, and was run just as hotels used to be. No keypads or access codes, but instead, a human being to welcome you and a proper key to your door! The room was big and airy and properly equipped, and the hotel conveniently situated near amenities and on a main thoroughfare between Warwick and Leamington Spa.
There's very little to complain about, as I had a great stay and this was a really lovely hotel. The pillows could have been a little softer, but quite honestly that's my only criticism! Everything else was just about perfect, especially as (amazingly!) it was also the cheapest going!

Super nice staff (owner). Greeted us, answered all our questions and gave a nice history lesson on the castle.
A little tired and worn down. Not the cleanest in the corners, behind furniture and such and mold behind the toilet and walls.
