The location of the hotel is perfect. The room was quiet and clean.
It is strange that the location of the bar where the breakfast is served is not inside the building. Yeas, it is known that some construction works are performed now, but it is not a good idea to have a breakfast in another building.

Location. Very quiet room overlooking the square. Comfortable beds. Hot shower.
Nothing really. Rooms are small with modest furniture.

The location was perfect for exploring Toulouse and the staff were very helpful with any questions. Our room was overlooking the Place du Capitole, a great view. It could have been noisy but, thankfully it was very quiet.
There are renovations going on at the moment so, we didn’t use the inner courtyard as it was noisy and very dusty. However, normally Im sure it is a great spot to chill.

Amazing location in the heart of the city. Cannot say more as very disappointed with room issue, staff and renovation works. You could do better Ibis!
No notification of major renovation works going on throughout hotel. Only told of renovation on breakfast room? Did not get the room we paid for and nothing offered instead or as a gesture for that. Misleading photos on this site. Be careful when booking.
