Central Tweed location is excellent, close to dining and other facilities.

Room was ready before the normal 2pm. We arrived about 1pm and our key was in a lockbox with code sent by text to us earlier.

Very tight carpark. We assumed when we booked a 2 bedroom suite, itwould be bigger, did not expect the main bed to be in the 'family room' with 3 chairs, TV, fridge, microwave and sink. Bed side lamps were not plugged in, had to pull bed out to plug both the lights in. Very flat pillows on all beds, no extra pillows. Seperate bedroom had 2 single beds in it, no windows or power points for phone charger. Bathroom was small where both doors opened into each other.Did not see the owners/managers, we arrived at 1pm on the Saturday and had to leave extremely early Sunday due to a running festival we were taking part in. Enquired about a later check out so we could come back and shower, as event was in QLD and we were staying in NSW, but was not available.

Advertised as a pet friendly motel did not know when we booked that it would cost an extra $25.00 per night for us to have our service dog stay. Was not indicated when booked. That is $50.00 we did not count on. The cleaners are not aware that there where pets in the room so no extra cleaning to be done. We need our service dog with us at all times.
