Convenient location - Nice roomy accomodation - Breakfast gave good choice

Room service did not change towels. We expected that would happen. We did not complain as to us a minor hicup

Breakfast was great, good selection, friendly helpful staff.

We stayed here to see a show at twin towns. Perfect location with easy access to twin towns club. Room large and clean. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast. Close to beach as well.

Very good breakfast with omelettes cooked to perfection

The lift arrangements are hopeless. Lifts for two hotels result in confusion in the car park. One lift location doesn't rise to all floors. One group of lifts has some not serving the car park except for two of them. No signs indicated which lifts to use. In the car park no signs pointed to the lifts - which were hidden around corners. If one did get a lift to the car park you had to use your room card to go through a mesh gate if you were a Sebel guest and then found some gates did not let you go back. I didn't know which car park level I was on and had to go out in the street and retrace the route I had entered to find out. It took a couple of days until I was sure where my car was parked. Improve the signage please.
