Great suite, good size and very comfortable
Restaurant closed for dinner, breakfast booked but didn’t start till 8.30am which was too late for our departure.
Late start on a Sunday should have been advised at time of booking. Staff went the extra mile to arrange a continental breakfast before we left.

Everything, especially the decor and cleanliness.
Slept fantastically, very quiet even though on the main road.
Love the little private outside areas.
Staff very friendly.
Got delayed so had to stay another night and experienced two different rooms they were both good
Don’t expect a regular motel, it has more of a hotel feel to it. For me this is not a negative though.

We appreciated that our grandchildren could be accommodated in the same room as us.
The blockout curtains ensured that we all got the sleep we needed.
The beds were a little soft for us. We are used to a much firmer bed. We understand it is difficult to meet individual needs for bed preference.

The privacy of the room and backdoor area
The tv entertainment needs Netflix and apps of this day and age, would make it more updated, not just standard boring freeview. A mini bottle of milk would do in the fridge. Replace the old as microwaves to make the room look abit more flash and not so old, bit more towels and soaps etc
