The breakfast makes this hotel. It was excellent!
The staff were friendly and welcoming.
It was lovely and quiet in the back room. My parents had the downstairs room which was good for their mobility issues.
Went to the Marco Polo Italian restaurant a few miles away in the evening which was wonderful.
Unfortunately the hotel's decor is the reason it didn't get a higher score. It's outdated and needs redecorating and updating.
The plughole in the shower needs some cleaner put down it.
I didn't like the artificial smell throughout the hotel.

Good location. You do not need a car as there are bus stops outside taking you to Bournemouth/Poole/Christchurch.

Close proximity to Bournemouth and Christchurch, spacious room and very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.

Friendly greeting on arrival and help given to carry case upstairs. Room very clean and well equipped and furnished.
Bed and pillows good quality - slept very well. The bedroom was more spacious than expected. The ensuite was very modern and pleasing to the eye.
The cups supplied were very small!
The sink taps were slightly awkward to use. The rain shower didn't function properly and the hand held shower attachment wasn't so easy to re position without it falling off the fitting.
We had some difficulty using the key to open the front door.
The lounge areas didn't look very inviting - but we didn't need them
We thought £15 pp for breakfast was too expensive.
It was difficult to spot the sign for the hotel from the main road.
