Nunzia is amazing! Very kind, thorough in explaining the keys, how to get to various places, showing bus routes/walking routes on a map. The B&B is less than a 10 minute/easy walk from the Termini.
When windows/shutters are open voices can carry...but that is anywhere you stay...

The location was good, close to the main station so I didn't have to cart my heavy suitcase so far. The room, with its own bathroom, is in a private apartment, and the building is OK, safe and clean.
The breakfast was not to my liking. A black coffee (but you can ask for milk, then you have a cold milky coffee!) and some industrial things in cellophane packets, which I really don't like, so I just didn't have them. There was a fruit, which was welcome. I was also a bit wary of the 3,50€ tourist tax I had to pay for each day, a high amount and only in cash, with no receipt provided until I asked for it, and got a simple one on regular receipt stationery, whereas I expected something more official.
