Location

Breakfast could have been better. Wasn't hot enough

Staff pleasant and efficient. Clean. Lift good. Shower good. Value for money as it was not expensive. Good-sized room.

No comfortable chair in the room, only a desk chair. Bed much too high and mattress seemed to slope making sleep difficult. The hotel is right under the Heathrow flight path and beside a very busy junction so understandable that the windows don't open but after 3 nights I longed for some fresh air in the room. The air con/heating is operated by the guest which is good but the gadget is tucked away in a dark corner of the room. Needs a light above it. Hotel is cashless but they only tell you AFTER you have booked. It also appears to be paperless as there is nothing in the rooms to welcome you and explain things.
