Bev the bar manager was amazing. We used the cabbage hall for my late father’s wake and the hot buffet we ordered was so plentiful and tasty. Staff were friendly. I stayed in the hotel above afterwards for the night after eating - the restaurant menu had so much to choose from. Rooms were comfortable and we slept through a thunderstorm!!
Can’t fault the property.

room only booked for football match, 6 min walk to ground and parking car there was main assett
beer and food available on return, red pub.

10:15 last orders - on a Saturday night!
11:45 for breakfast!!
The “fluffy towels” mentioned on the website were hard and rough.
