The hotel and its room were clean and well stocked. Free green tea within the room and guests receive free prepared green tea or matcha at the reception bar of a morning. The staff are friendly and attentive and even their choice of incense and in-room toiletries are of an exceptional standard.
Nothing - a superb standard and clean throughout with attentive and friendly staff.

Brilliant hotel, great facilities and lovely staff. Love the personal touches of the daily tea ceremonies and tea based lotions.
The area is more business like and affluent, around 10+ minutes from each station, closer to asakusa than shinjuku. You could probably find more convenient areas if you are sightseeing and don’t have long in Tokyo.

Beautifully decorated, quiet and calming hotel in a lovely part of Tokyo close to the Tokyo tower and Imperial Palace as well as lots of nice places to eat and high end shopping - staff are so friendly and the tea ceremony was amazing
Nothing - it was the perfect start to our holiday in Japan
