Sheraton Soma Bay Resort

We had a wonderful stay at the resort and were very impressed by the overall experience. The rooms were exceptionally clean, beautifully furnished, and very well maintained. The staff were also one of the highlights of our stay. Everyone we interacted with was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We were especially lucky to be in the care of Ahlem, who was unbelievably attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and she went above and beyond to make it extra special, constantly coming up with thoughtful ideas and little touches to make our experience memorable. Her attention to detail and genuine care really stood out.

The one area that we felt did not quite live up to the rest of the resort was the food. Given the high standard of everything else, we expected the dining experience to be at a similar level, but unfortunately, the food was somewhat underwhelming.

Very nice and clean

The roams, restaurant and beach

Stunning pool area, comfy beds and delicious food and the jetty access to the reef was fabulous

Nothing to dislike

I absolutely loved the gluten free options that you had available. I also loved the variety of breakfast foods that you had, and the taste!

Everything was amazing!
