Steigenberger Resort Ras Soma

The resort was very clean and spacious, with a wide range of amazing facilities. It felt like a complete resort experience rather than just a small hotel. The three swimming pools were fantastic, and the staff were very helpful, friendly, and attentive. Overall, the facilities and the hospitality made the stay very enjoyable.

The beach was a bit far from the accommodation, which made getting there less convenient. Also, the availability of towels could be improved to make the experience more comfortable for guests.

Location, facilities, decor, positivity, the small details, all the staff and teams. Amazing for couples and families😊🙏 They were amazing by noticing my mother's birthday date was within the stay period and they gave us a surprise in the room which was warmly appreciated from my side!!! THANK YOU

I can't say I didn't like it but because I love steigenberger I would say it. It was amazing to see the sustainability roadmap which includes having water filter and filling city water to all the guests and hiding any plastic bottle, but from Food Safety wise, it is not the safest option and it is not your expertise to handle... Ex; do you analyze THM, Chlorate and make sure that you are not exceeding WHO for infants and adults?? I would prefer if you want to keep the sustainability roadmap, to serve recyclable water companies like Nestlé or Dasani which will fit the same purpose but with more Food Safety Compliance.

Everything was exceptional 👍

Everything was perfect. Staff are amazingly helpful, friendly and professional.
