Hotel Simbad Ibiza

Friendly staff. Wonderful location. Fabulous food and drinks

The swimming pool is a little tired and could do with refreshing Also we found it strange not to have a long length mirror in the rooms. Only mirrors in the bathroom. In a place like Ibiza, where evenings out are regular then guest need to look at their outfit in full so could certainly benefit from one in all the rooms

Excellent location. A lovely & bright & clean hotel with great facilities. Nice staff-very efficient with any requests. Great food from the choice of restaurant, bar or room service. Had a one of my best massages with Rosie at the spa-a must visit! The pool guys were very smiley & helpful too. Generally not a party hotel which is what I needed-although there were a few groups on Fri night/Sat morning which caused some noise. The staff were helpful in nipping that in the bud though.

My bed was really hard & uncomfortable. I didn’t sleep well at all. Some better pillows are needed too. I think the hotel needs a few more sunbeds & umbrellas around the pool-it felt a bit scarce if you arrived in the afternoon. I also didnt like people putting their towels on beds in the best spots before 9am when the pool opens. It didn’t feel fair. Feels like you cant have a sleep in or leisurely breakfast because you have to go & claim a bed before there are none left. I didn’t think the hotel would allow that. Just puts a bit of time pressure on you when you should be relaxing. Not the hotels fault per se, but they could enforce a new policy...
