The staff are friendly and helpful. Everything that you needed is within the facility eg. Kitchen (though we rarely used it), laundry room.
Good sound proof system. The room is quiet even though it is located in a busy street. Definitely would stay here if I visit Melbourne again.

Brilliant location in heart of CBD. 24 hour reception and left luggage.
Very basic and dated facilities - shower had no door..
