Phuket Island View Resort

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this resort with our family. One of the best holidays we have ever had. Our room was beautiful and spacious, with a lovely pool-view balcony that offered plenty of privacy. The swimming pools were fantastic and very well maintained. There are four pools in total, including a smaller one with water games for younger children. The pool bar was another highlight, allowing us to enjoy drinks and food right in the water! There is also a table tennis, where I had great fun playing with my son. Overall, this resort is an excellent choice for families with children. Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options, served next to one of the pools. The staff deserve a special mention: they were absolutely fantastic! Very professional, incredibly kind and always smiling. The resort also has its own restaurant, where guests can enjoy a special discount, as well as a tour desk for booking excursions. The location is another major advantage. The resort is situated in a peaceful area, yet everything you might need is within walking distance, including restaurants, convenience stores and massage shops. There are also some excellent seafood restaurants just a short walk away. Karon Beach is just a two-minute walk from the resort, across the road. The beach is beautiful, even though the sea was rough throughout our stay. That stretch of beach was illuminated at night, making it a lovely place for evening walks after dinner. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available for rent right on the beach at very reasonable prices. If you rent a scooter, the nearby Kata Beach is only a few minutes away and is absolutely stunning. All in all, this resort exceeded our expectations in every respect. The combination of excellent facilities, friendly staff and great location made our holiday truly special. We would happily return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful family holiday in Phuket.

Right next to the beach, away from the crowd… Room is clean n well maintained, comfy bed, value for money choice if u go to Karon for a quiet holiday with beach

Not many restaurants around, shops close early, 10-15mins walk to the nearest convenient store at night…hotel building is a bit old but well maintained, still using room key, yes room key attached to a big batch with ur room number. Breakfast is average, swimming pool is very small.

Breakfast to be improved. It will be nice to add more halal food. Room key can be improved to access card.

The property had good facilities like the pools, mats for the beach and gym. It was well placed across the road from the beach

The room was tired looking. The customer service was a bit hit and miss. Some of the reception and breakfast serving staff were really good - others seemed like they could not be bothered. The staff around the pool taking food orders were good
