room was very clean and had lovely views
would have liked a kettle and tea and coffee in room we noticed none of the hotels in our stay do this.

The location was magical. From our balcony we had a magnificent view of the sea and every so often we would hear the tinkling of the bells worn by goats who frequented the field below. I would return just for the view! Of course it was out of town but the bus stop was right outside so it didn’t really bother us. Also the staff were so friendly and helpful.
I can’t really think of much - maybe the shower curtain in the bathroom was a bit tired looking - I suppose ideally a more modern bathroom but it was fine for the few days we were there.

The hotel has a stunning coastal view from the breakfast room, which guests could also use during the day, for teas cake, etc. The breakfast options were lovely, and the staff were exceptionally helpful. Although we are walkers, the hotel is not in the centre, so the no.16 bus that stops right by the hotel was very welcome.

Easy bus hop on right outside door, number 16 to San Sebastián down hill, although takes about 20 mins, good overnight hotel car park. Nice clean rooms and very helpful reception. Felt safe. Lower twin rooms facing back have a balcony.
