+This hotel was the cheapest among the hotels in this area that we found, even though it's still expensive, this was good value for money compared to others. +The room is so spacious and has most of the amenities. (has a sofa bed also) and is comfortable. + Room has a kettle plus tea coffee +The bathroom is also spacious and has a tub. +The hotel itself is really nice and has a good pool. (also has a photo spot) +Breakfast is good. +Guest cards gave us a lot of value. +The soup at dinner buffet was very delicious +Reception has a luggage store for free

-Communication from the staff is very bad in terms of pre-arriving period, so we didn't get the guest cards in advance, which made us not enjoy the free public transportation to the hotel. Even after coming to the hotel, we had to ask to have the guest cards printed out because the instructions were not very clear. (They are helpful only when asked, but not very attentive) -For those who are relying on public transport, the location is not very convenient compared to other nearby hotels, also in the hotel itself you're gonna need to walk uphill and downhill to reach the bus station and then need to wait in scorching hot temperature for a longer time for a bus to arrive. -Internet is slow. -Paid dinner buffets are very expensive (35 pp) given the variety of food. -Our stay says Spa included but it's misleading because the "spa" they mean is access to the pool and gym only (for any other thing, you have to pay extra) -Lockers in the pool are very bad, they get you locked out every time and you need the help of a staff member there.

room was a little dated. Shower did not drain properyly and toilet was running. but it was clean

Posilki bardzo urozmaicone. Sniadanie mega. Troche ciasno bylo wieczorem w restauracji ale dalismy rade :) Pierwszy raz widzialem zeby rano do herbaty mozna bylo sobie wziasc imbir! Rewelka.

W hotelu mozna byc z psami. Niestety miedzy budynkami mozna spotkac znak ze psy nie moga wchodic na trawnik ... ;) Pokoj powinnien byc juz odswiezony. Niby wszytsko OK ale wystroj pokoju sprzed ok. 20 lat powinnien byc zmieniony.
