AC Hotel Ciutat de Palma by Marriott

The room was comfortable, the front desk staff were supportive and so were housekeeping. The breakfast was diverse and very tasty. I also ate in the lounge for dinner one evening and the food was great. I also appreciated the fresh water in the lobby daily.

There was a bit of an odd smell in the bathroom when I first arrived. Housekeeping came up immediately and resolved it. I felt rushed at breakfast as they started putting things away while it was still breakfast time.

Parking is limited and narrow

The cleaning

It has private parking which is too expensive. It should be included in the reservation price

We had an amazing stay and couldn’t have been happier with our choice! Everything was beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. The room was spacious, comfortable, and offered a stunning view. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of great options, and the location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the Old Town, with the harbor also within easy walking distance. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

Everything was perfect.
