Booked this as a last minute hotel when our flight was delayed overnight. We arrived around 30 minutes later, they had the room ready, added a cot for us and left our little one some haribo. There were 2 men on reception who went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

Good location- 20 min walk to the main part of Palma.
Other good services in the area - supermarket, hairdresser, nail salon and cafes.
The breakfast buffet was amazing and great value at 15 euro
The pool was very refreshing and great to cool off.

The property is lovely, the beds are comfortable and the air conditioning very reliable. The ambience around the place is relaxed and that is comforting when on a holiday.
The jet stream didn’t work in the bath. The bedside lamps dimmed view didn’t work. The staff at reception initially grilled me a little - and it felt somewhat unwelcoming. The room we were allocated I think was wrong for the price point. I ate at the restaurant and my curry was a soup that had a watery texture and taste.
