100% sprawdzonych opinii8 / 10Doskonały·paź 2026
The cleanliness and size of room. In city center, close to everything. A bit of a walk from train station.
Checkin was not difficult but it would have been easier for a new person if the checkin machine has clear instructions written next to it, since it looks like a payment machine instead of a check in machine. It was hot in the room and when u open windows its noisy at night and early morning due to cleaning activities.

The room was beautiful, loved the sink outside the bathroom. The staff was always friendly and helpful even though it's a self-check in. The location was unbeatable, close to everything we wanted to see in Lucerne.

Fantastic location to train and ferries. Very clean. Mobile check-in easy, didn’t see staff which was no problem. Restaurant associated, Wirtshaus Taube and staff were brilliant.
