So close to the tower, restaurants , ATM etc Comfortable bed Lovely staff Clean

Room 5 Fan in bathroom was a bit loud and door to bathroom squeaky Quite a lot of road and tourist noise til late but you can’t help it so close to everything

I thought they had a lift but they didn’t.

Great location, clean and comfy room, friendly and welcoming staff!

It was a bit warmer in the room, even tho there was a ceiling fan and a portable air conditioner.

The biggest and only advantage is the location, very close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa.

The lack of a lift means getting to the rooms with luggage involves climbing very steep and high stairs. It is a real struggle and takes a lot of effort, especially with heavy suitcases. It can also be particularly difficult for elderly guests and families with children. This is not the first historic building in the heart of an Italian city that I have stayed in, and in most cases some solution had been found to install a lift, for example externally. The lack of air conditioning is another major drawback. Our room was very hot. There is a ceiling fan, but it is quite noisy, so at night you basically have to choose between trying to sleep in unbearable heat or putting up with the noise. The room also lacks even the most basic amenities. There is no kettle, coffee machine or even a mini fridge. Not even something as simple as glasses and a carafe of water. Literally nothing. Overall, the standard feels much more like a hostel than a hotel. It is manageable for one night, but I would not recommend it for a longer stay.
