It is in a very charming house on pretty much quiet street though either walkable from the station in ab.20-25 min.or by bus for €2 in few minutes. I loved the features in the room like historical wardrobe. Breakfast was simple but ok for me. And the owner is really nice and charming guy, very helpful, thank you.
The only issue as a housekeeping supervisor I woul mention, there were some minor old stains on pillow cases, which I would myself consider as "reject" but otherwise very good. Not sure if A/c was cooling down properly, but I had a good sleep anyway.

What we liked: Asia was very kind and helpful. We had a smooth check-in. Pietro was very welcoming. He chatted with us during breakfast, and shared the history of the place (which was lovely). He also allowed us to leave our bags so we could explore the city freely until our departure. Another plus is that he is a writer and was able to exchange experiences with my partner—that was truly wonderful.

It felt like home. Unassuming, comfortable and friendly. Authentically friendly. Great breakfast.
Good parking.
Courtyard garden has great potential but is neglected.

Big room. Host was friendly and helpful.
It was stated there was a minibar and tea/coffee facilities in room, but there wasn't. Breakfast was poor. Garden needed a little care. Room had mould in bathroom and was peeling in a few places in main room.
