Easily accessible by car on the drive into Canberra. We like this location for proximity to friends and town. Friendly staff. Would likely stay here again as cost wise it is good for what you pay for.
Bit on the older side, few bits in need of replacement (the rubbish bins were rusted)

1) Big, spacious room.
2) Extra beds available.
3) Clean room that doesn't have weird smell.
4) Toilet/bathroom is clean, bright and spacious.
5) Windows are secure so we feel safe leaving the windows slightly ajar for ventilation.
1) They still enter our room to make the beds despite us sliding the "DO NOT DISTURB" ON.
2) The beds, despite being soft, doesn't feel comfy. We had a hard time falling asleep.
3) There were noise throughout the night, waking us up every now and then.

Parking close to room. Although garden needs attention as prickly bushes scratched my car and me.
Shower needs to be fixed as it leaks, informed. Sewage smell from toilet/bathroom. Curtains dirty and ripped. Bed needs a valance to hide mattress base. Fridge very noisy and right next to bed.
