Staff were very friendly and helpful. Quiet location, easy access to public transport, and MCG. Clean, comfortable.
Saucepans are a little small for cooking for two.

We were going to the MCG and it was a 5 minute walk. It was also close to tram and train and a 711 and in a nice quiet street.
The staff were so lovely.
I don’t have champagne taste on a beer budget, Im realistic but the carpet really does need replacing.
You have to ask for a service, so we missed out.
We didn’t have a hand towel or dishcloth but you apparently need to ask for those too.

Excellent location, secure, nice and quiet. Close to tram stops, 7 Eleven just around the corner, plus we walked to all of our other interests. Room was clean, spacious enough and had everything we needed.
The bed was too soft, but that is more of a personal preference. First world problem, but the hairdryer is very old and its inner body and housing looked unsafe from an electrical point of view. Didn't use it.

Not far to walk to the MCG ✅
The bathroom needs gutting & start again. Update the bathroom towels too, I think they have seen better days.
Too many stairs for the elderly, particularly when carrying luggage.
