Arctic Light Hotel

The breakfast was fantastic and the room was spacious and great.

Everything was great

We loved our stay! Receptionists and waiters are beyond helpful and kind! The rooms are amazing and exactly as the pictures. Dog friendly hotel, we were welcomed with some treats for our dogs. We travelled also with our baby and had a baby crib with no extra cost. The location is perfect, close to restaurants and the river. The common areas are beautiful decorated. But the best thing about our stay was the breakfast! It’s definitely the best breakfast we’ve had in any hotel in Europe. It was amazing!

We had booked a room and after we paid, we were informed that the room that we booked originally was not pet-friendly, so they suggested to “upgrade” us for 20€ per night to a pet-friendly room at the ground level (room with views to the parking lot), PLUS the regular pet fee per night. I am always willing to pay pet fees when traveling with my dogs, but would appreciate this information is written in advance so that pet owners know there are some rooms that you cannot reserve when traveling with pets…even if it’s through third-parties.

The staff was outstanding as was the location of the hotel. The breakfast ranked as the best during our two week trip to Italy and Finland! An example of the staff's going beyond the call of duty was when we had difficulty locating a bus stop behind the hotel, a front desk clerk walked us behind the hotel to point out the bus stop. This saved us both time and money. The staff was fast fulfilling our requests. The breakfast staff was outstanding. Nothing was ever out of stock! We were able to dine at restaurants just a couple of blocks from the hotel as well as the great hotel restaurant. Gustav Restaurant was wonderful, located very near the hotel as was Roberts cafe for a sandwich, gelato, coffee!

It would be hard to answer this question. I liked it all!

Breakfast wad great and location was good

Did not enjoy our room as the roof was extremly low which we kept hitting our head on it wasnt good at all And to add to that we stood at the bsr for 30 min trying to get servef but they were to busy to talk our order so we went elsewhere. Very poor
