The location—all the facilities were incredible; the social areas were spacious and offered many activity options. The breakfast buffet is inexpensive and features healthy food.

The quiet room I booked was perfect for my business trip. There was zero street noise and everyone else staying in the same room was very considerate of each other. I loved the social activities at night. The quiz night and karaoke night were a lot of fun and you didn't hear a thing in the room. On top of that the staff was very helpful and the luggage lockers made my trip even easier.
The only thing that could be better is the bread options at breakfast, but they are typical for the UK. If they had a sourdough or crunchy crust bread, it would be great, but this is also critique at a high level ;)

Easy to get to main train stations.
The rooms were very untidy, upon checking in my bed was messy like someone had used it to rest on and then got up.
I had to get new sheets from the reception as I wasn’t sure if they had touched the sheets rolled up on the bed.
Also no lower bunks available for less able bodied people so I couldn’t make my bed properly.
